Used Meth In Small Amounts. Now Have Mild Itching, Small Dots On Chest. Grew To Full Body Rash. Allergic Reaction?

Can illegal meth cause full body hives in one day? I ran out of my ADD med and tried meth for the first time ever. Only in small amounts and when I needed to focus & concentrate on projects & errands. It has been about a week now then all of a sudden this past sunday I woke up at a friend s home (who lives in the county) with mild itching. small red dots began to appear on my chest and by the end of the day it was a hot angry full blow body rash that looked like hives. I don t know whether it was an allergic reaction or caused by my meds and is it safe to take benadryl and or hydrocortizone tablets?

Hi, welcome to the Health care magic forum.
As you describe there is a wide spread rash all over the body.It may be due to the allergic reaction to some foods, soap, clothes, meth or any thing recently you come across.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe levocitrizine, mild steroid, and antibiotic to to prevent the secondary infection.
So i advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
