CARDIGEM CONTAINS DILATEZAM WHICH IS A CALCIUM CLANNEL BLOCKER AND RELIEVES ANGINA PECTORIS(CHEST PAIN OF CARDIAC ORIGIN) WHICH IS ITS MOST COMMAN USE,
IT IS ALSO USED AS MILD ANTIHYPERTENSIVE USUALLY IN COMBINATION THERAPY.

MOST SERIOUS SIDE EFFECTS ARE PALPITATION AND FINE TREMOR IN EXTREMITIES.
