Uterus Removed. Diet, Lifestyle And Care?
Sir... My name is Eranna...My mom aged 45+ got operated(abdominal) for fibroids in uterus and removed the uterus on 28/03/2012. and after 5 days she is discharged... Now she is at home with me... She takes the prescribed medicine. And we reside in 2 floor, hence she walks within the house.. and She is everything to me... And need suggestions regarding the Diet , life style, and other care to be taken.Pls sir..

Diet: Eat high fibre, low fat diet. This is to prevent her from getting constipation or bloating.
Lifestyle: Avoid climbing stairs frequently, donot lift heavy weights, avoid sex for 6 weeks.
