your report is incomplete..it is done to rule out syphilis mainly..if it comes positive then u need go for a confirmative test like FTA-ABS..it is curable..u ll have to start taking antibiotics if its confirmed..

VDRL in 1;2 dilution is of no important as it count as negative
still u should confirm by S.VDRL test
i think it will be negative
urine show mild infection only
for that u need to take antibiotic treatment
better to consult dermatologist .
avoid sexual relation .
