Hi,

Welcome to HCM.
Of course it is curable.
You will need a course of antibiotics. Until you are free from disease, do not have intercourse, as you may transmit the disease to your partner. More over if you know the person from whom you received this disease, that person should also undergo treatment. Subsequent exposure to sexually transmitted disease will again infect you.
Consult a Doctor, as the medicines have to be taken under strict medical supervision.
