Vaginal Discharge During Bowel Movement. Urine Light In Colour With No Smell Or Itching. Stabbing Pain In Vagina And Abdomen. Any Suggestions?
I noticed a few days ago when having bowel movements I'm having a vaginal discharge. Not having any burning, itching or smelly urine my urine is actually light in color. I have been getting sharp stabbing pains off and on in my vagina that shoot up in me. I also have been having lower left abdominal pains. Any help would be appreciated.
Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. I would come up with these possibilities for this vaginal discharge and left side pain , these includes. 1 Inflammation of genital ( pelvic inflammatory disease ) as there is vaginal discharge and pain in the vagina so may be due to infection . Diagnosis can be confirmed by examination of swab form vaginal discharge. 2 Left renal stone may be the next possible cause. Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of kidney. 3 Cervicitis ( cervical erosion ) may be the next reason. Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a gynecologist. In my opinion consult a gynecologist and get his opinion. Good luck. Dr. HET
