Varying Fasting Blood Sugar, Feeling Thirsty After Drinking Wine. Cause?
I am of 62 years of age and my fasting bloodsugar varies from 5 to 6,7. I do not take any medicine but daily exercises and controlled diet ( except week ends) I manage these levels including my weight 58 to 60kg consistant ( my height is 1.6m). When I take a whiskey / wine during week ends I feel very very thirsty in the night. this might continue for 3 days.

Get your blood sugar fasting and PP done to know the exact status of your blood sugar levels and if you find that they are disturbed, then you should consult a doctor and get the prescription of anti diabetic medications.
