Vein On Ear And Forehead, Swelling, Throbbing. Should I Express Concern?

I have a vein on the top of my ear which goes up th side if my head to my fore head. It swelled up after I clipped my bottom of the ear getting out of bed this am. Now it's quite large all the way up and I can feel it noticibly. I can fee my heartbeat through it. My right side is barely the size of the left. Should I be worried?

Hi thanks for using HCM.

The vessel you are telling may be artery since you can feel heart beat from it. There may be compression of this artery while sleeping so the vessel has swollen up. Wait for some more time, this will returns to its normal size. If there is any pain, hardening, change in colour along its course, any neurological symptoms, vomiting or bluring of vision then get examined by your doctor once. Or else wait and watch for some more time. Hope I answered your question. Wish you good health.
