ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic forum,

Vertigo and fullness or pain in ear may be symptoms of meniere's disease.

Sometimes CT Scan of head may be normal or nagative.

Only organic pathologic lesion can be seen on CT scan.

Vertigo may be due to various causes starting from inner ear problem to systemic problems .

You may take vestibular sedative like vertin or stemetil -MD for 2 to 3 days.

But if no relief than you must see an ENT specialist for a thorough clinical examination .

regards.
