Vertigo, Nausea, Vomiting, Knocking Sympotoms In Ears. Have Migraine. Consulting ENT Doctor Advised?

Hello, I have been having numerous problems with both my ears. it started with vertigo problems, with nauesa, and vomiting,. know experience knocking or floatering syptoms in both ears. I had extreme weakness. I have do have problems with migranes (spasms) headaches. Should I see my ENT doctor concerning this problems?
