Very Dry Allergic Eyes For Since Past 2 Months For

Very dry allergic eyes for since past 2 months for first time in my life (30 years old). Winolap helps a lot so does Decongestion drops with eye lubricants on the side. Which one is safer Winolap(antihistamine) or Decongestion? I heard Decongestion are bad for blood vessels. I don't think my dry eye redness is going away any time soon. Been to opthamalogist 4 times in 2 months.
