Hello, Whole eye transplantation is not possible only corneal transplantation is possible the surgery is called as keratoplasty. It is not possible in your case as you are using artificial eye. However for cosmetic purpose you can undergo artificial prosthesisimplantation and artificial which will look like your other eye. For this you need to choose the implant color depending on the iris color of the other eye. Do consult your eye doctor or ocularist he will guide you for further treatment. Thank you
