Vision Of One Eyes Is Decreasing, Cylindrical Power Increased. What To Do?

of late i have observed that my vision in one of the eyes is decreasing. My cylindrical power in this particular eye has increased ( i am 23, so i did not expect my power to change). I feel as if the eye is sinking in the cavity. Also, everything appears dark with this eye for a while after i browse my phone (or laptop screen) in dark. Just like it happens when you venture out on a bright sunny day. The other eye seems to be fine. What could it be? Thanks in advance.

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello,
Increase in cylindrical power causing diminision of vision, first thing to be ruled out in your case based on the symptoms you have provided and your age is presence of keratoconus where the cornea thins out leading to increase in astigmatism.

Hence I advice you to undergo eye examination by a ophthalmologist to rule out keratoconus.

Thank you
