Vitiligo On The Face With White Patches
Hi Doctor, I m from , I have had vitiligo in my face in 2008, I had white patches on the left si de of my face. In 2010 the patches started to disappear, until there were only 2 small patches left. 2 weeks ago, the patches started to appear again. I dont know what to do. A friend advised me Meladinine tablet . Could you please give me an explanation? And, can I try the Meladinine ? Thank you in advance

Firstly , The Meladinine can be taken but only under the observation and guidance of the doctor as it can have its own set of side effects .
If the spots are spreading it means the condition is unstable , and it needs to be stabilized with certain medication after a dermatology examination .
Topical application of a steroid cream or a tacrolimus ointment on the spots will help stop the activity as well

disorder...so no cure only can control..,
Mucosal patches are resistant to treatment ..,
But in Skin and with black hairs on the patch will give good result ..,
to the treatment..,
White hairs on white patch...called LEUCOTRICHIA..,
are resistant to treatment..,
But good treatment is avilable..,
1) Topical ViTix cream....from..wokardt ..
apply on the white paches 2 times daily..,
2) Tab...Methoxasalen or 8 MOP...alernative days at 9 AM ..,
after 2 hrs...exposure to Sun..,
3) PHOTOTHERAPY....
Advanced narow Band....UVB..Full bodyphototherapy by..,
DAAVLIN- USA...FOR Vitilligo will give good result..,
4) SKIN SURGERY....
Miniature punch grafting, Blister grafting and ..,
non -cultured melanocytes transplantation...
