HI Thank for asking to HCM The acid peptic disease is most likely, avoid taking heavy and spicy food prior to bed, she can be treated with proton pump inhibitor and the best drug would be Omeprazole 40 mg once in day at the evening time for six week, and Domperidone one tab. at night prior to sleep this will relieve the problem, have nice day.
