Vomited 4-5 Times Which Brought Blood At The End. Did This Cause Any Muscle Damage?

I was very ill last night and vomitted for approx. 4 - 5hrs at the end of the vomitting i brought up some blood. I was wretching for a while and not being sick and then there was blood. I felt fine, i slept i took two paracetamol i've had some toast however now there is vaginal bleeding and no pain, just mucousy blood that has gradually occured during the day, have i torn a muslce is this normal?

I have gone through your query regarding blood in vomiting and later bleeding per vaginal.

After considering your symptoms and co-relating them it appears as you are having some type of bleeding disorder like Thrombocytopenia. But actual picture will be evident only after these basic investigations-

1- Blood- CBC, Prothrombin time, B.T., C.T., S.G.P.T.,

Serum creatinin, serum calcium.

2- Upper G.I. Endoscopy.

By above investigations and a thorough examination one may reach to correct diagnosis that can be managed accordingly.
