Vomiting, Abnormal Blood Pressure. How Long To Get Normal?
I am on the 50 mg. I thought I had a "bug" because I was sick and threw up. I didn't feel right so I took my blood pressure which is usually high but regular with meds. It had dropped from the 140's to 99. The low number is very high. I stopped taking my regular bp meds and the Myrbetria too. my pressure is running better now at least the top is 118 but the bottom is high 80.s. I took my reg med but am afraid to go to the Myrbetria. How long will it take to get normal again. I will not take the new Myr. med anymore. Should I get the 25 mgs. or will they effect me in a similar manner.? I would rather have frequent bathroom visits than sick feelings.
hello, If your bloodpressure remains normal for 3 or more years and if you have change the lifestyle like losing weight, stop heavy drinking etc, then you may stop the medications. But you need to have regular bp checkups. In some people it will be controlled but in some bp my suddenly raise up again and the the medications are continued again.Consult your doctor and explain your problem they may also advicce you to lower the dose for some days and then you have to notice the change.Thank you.
