Hi
Welcome to HCM,
I would suggest you to go for Barium swallow and follow through investigation. Your symptoms suggest that problem could be in Oesophagus. You should also repeat your endoscopy every year.
Sometimes you may need longer course of Medicines for gastritis. Your diet, and timings of food, and life style is also very important. If your age is above 40 years, you must keep on doing follow up investigations, and consultations, specially if you are loosing weight.
Take care.
