Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Foul Smell, Yeast Smell In Vomit, Pale Mustard Coloured Stools. Treatment?
my one year old has had vomiting and diarrhea now for about a month on and off. mostly on. her diarrhea smells so foul like something dead, and her vomit has a very yeasty smell to it. she vomited last night for 3 hrs until there was nothing left to vomit. and had this horrific diarrhea with it. her diarrhea is the color of a pale mustard and is very liquidy. i m not sure what is wrong but i am concerned
Hi there. Thank you for posting your question with Healthcaremagic. I will do my best to help you.
You are right to be concerned. What you describe here in your one year old daughter is certainly not normal or natural. She needs to be examined now by a doctor. Examination should include a digital rectal examination to exclude chronic obstipation which is only one of many possible explanations.
Have your baby looked after.
I hope that I have answered your questions fully and been of some help. If you have anymore questions please contact me again anytime.
