Vomiting During Running And Deep Breathing. Report Shows Erosive Gastritis. RUT For H.pylori-positive. Suggest Good Diet Plan
I am 43 yrs and having tendency of vomiting during running and deep breathing. My endoscopy report is Oesophagus - Normal mucosa, GE junction at 40 cm with normal Z line. Stomach : Fundus - Multiple erosion seen, Body - Normal mucosa and fold, Antrum - Multiple erosion seen, Pylorus - Normal. Duodenum : D1 - Normal mucosa, D2 - Normal mucosa and fold. Impression : Erosive Gastritis. RUT for H. pylori - Positive. Please advice me for diet, Do's & Dont's.
Looking into your problem it is clear that since you have been diagnosed with erosive gastritis you are suffering from GERD. For this i advise you to consult a gastroenerologist for getting appropraite treatment for H. pylori infection because that needs to be eradicated.
Some combination kits are available for the treatment of H. pylori . your doctor will be prescribing one of them.
Regarding diet , you should prefer a bland diet , skip all spicy , oily, fried foods.
Avoid smoking and alcohol. You should not lie down just after having food as it increases the regurgitation
ADD fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet . Coconut water i a good drink for you.
