Vomiting Sensation, Feeling Hot, Vision Becoming Green, Black. Possible Reason?

Hi, I am a 14 year old girl. And I have had a few incidents where I have suddenly felt like I am going to vomit, I feel like its really hot, and then my vision goes green and sometimes black for 5-10 minutes. Sometimes I am doing yardwork in the heat, or even one time I was just standing doing nothing. What could this be? I also get a major headache after.

Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

Nausea, visual scintillations and followed by major headache is classically suggestive of migraine.

Do you have any family history of migraine?

Do you have similar history in the past?

Any aggravating factors?

I advise you to consult the doctor for further review of the history and appropriate clinical examination and investigations to come to a conclusion.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
