Vomiting White Foam, Brown String Things With Foam, Pain In Stomach, Chest Pains. Cancer Family History. Suggestions?
ok so i have been vomiting up white foam sometimes with brown string things with the foam EVERY day for a yearor two in the mornings mainly. Bad pain from middle of stomach that wraps all the way around through my back. Sometimes real sharp chest pains. Hot and cold flashes. both parent have been diagnosed with cancer. father had six heart attacks and triple bypass in his life before brain cancer. he passed two years ago. Any advice would be much appreciated. I am a 31 year old male.

I would like to say one thing that cancer is not an hereditary disease so first of all be sure about that.
Now your query is that there is vomiting from last two years, however there are many reasons for this but in your case it may be due to,
Tension ( as your father had cancer, heart ailment and mother is also a cancer patient) is a natural cause in your case. Due to tension there is hyper acidity , gastritis and these leads to ulcer formation in stomach.
In your query you have mentioned that there is stomach pain.
Chest pain is also due to gastritis.
Hot & cold flashes are also due to anxiety.
Now please consult a physician and get in blood examination for any chronic infection , sugar ( tension ) , lipid profile.
Also get in ultrasound abdomen to find out any disease in STOMACH.
Till take blend diet and some antacids for relief.

Do you have acidic belching/ abdominal discomfort/ gargling sound in abdomen/ abdominal bloating after taking meals?
Are you a smoker or past history of smoking?
With the available described symptoms, there could be possibility of GERD (gastro-esophageal reflux disease).
Irritation of lower esophagus by refluxed acid may cause excessive saliva production as a protective mechanism.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ gastroenterologist and should go for thorough check up.
You should also go for complete blood count, ultrasound imaging, thyroid profile, blood sugar, x ray abdomen and serum electrolytes.
You should also go for endoscopy along with biopsy.
As such there appears to be least correlation between present symptoms and cancer.
Meanwhile, you should also take proton pump inhibitors along with prokinetics.
Don't take tomatoes, and citrus fruits.
