Uncontrolled diabetes is known to cause eye complications which might become irreversible changes if not checked early. Diabetes can cause retinopathy or cataract. Both of these conditions can cause blurred vision. So, exact diagnosis is essential to start any treatment. Presence of eye complications in diabetes points towards other complications of diabetes such as kidney problem and nerve problem.
Advice
1.     Consult an eye specialist for examination of your eye determining the cause of blurred vision
2.     Also consult your physician for review of treatment

3.     Investigations
a.     Blood sugar (F & PP)
b.     HbA1c level
c.     Lipid profile
d.     Serum creatinine
4.     Exercise – start workout in gym at least for half an hour for 4 – 5 days in a week regularly. Start with a balanced mix of cardio, weight training and flexibility exercises
5.     Avoid eating high energy foods such as cakes, chocolates, chips etc.
6.     Avoid alcohol and smoking
