Hi, welcome to HCM,

I have read your description and understand your concern.
Stomach ache after every meal is a concerning symptom that may alarm you. If you develop chronic stomach pain every time you eat, you need to see a gastroenterologist to determine the cause. The stomach ache can be related to various conditions but are most likely the result of a gastric ulcer, food allergy, food intolerance or irritable bowel syndrome.

Treatment for all conditions begins with a clinical diagnosis and avoidance of the foods or ingredients that trigger your symptoms. Your doctor may recommend a colonoscopy and allergy tests in order to determine the exact cause of your symptoms. Some cases of irritable bowel syndrome and gastric ulcer are treated with medication, but food intolerances and allergies are only treated by avoidance.

Toto relieve your stomach ache after eating, what you can do at home is:
- Drink plenty of water and avoid large meals. When you are hungry, start with bland, smaller meals.
- Place a hot compress over the stomach region.
- Gently massage your stomach.
- Eat yogurt regularly.
- Avoid solid foods if you’ve been nausea.
- Avoid greasy, fatty, processed foods.
- Drink herbal tea.
- Don’t take aspirin, narcotics, or anti-inflammatories until you have determined the cause of your digestive distress.
- Don’t drink alcohol.

Hope this information will be useful for you and hope you get better soon.
