Walking Has Become Painful Due To Small Bump On Heel Due To Heel Spur
I have a small pea sized bump on heel it's very painful I have had this for well over a year had xray was told it was a small heel spur. I thought it was a callus so I use a pumice stone on my heel often but the bump is still there the doctors I've seen had done nothing but it has become painful everyday as I walk it just won't go away
I am so sorry to hear about difficulty walking. Considering all the information you have provided, you need an adapted shoe ware to evenly distribute pressure and allow you walk with less difficulties. This over growth causes excess pressure to be exerted on it and this is the reason why you would continue to have pain. I will suggest that you get evaluated by a podiatrist for an adapted shoe wear. This will offer great relief to you.
I hope you find the above information helpful.I wish you we. Thank you so much for using our services and please feel free to ask for more clarifications and information if need be. Thanks. Dr. Ditah, MD.
