i want to discuse on my angiography report Coronary Arteriography Left Heart Catheterization Left Ventriculography PROCEDURE: Left heart catheterization was performed by percutaneous technique through right femoral artery by using #6F arterial sheath under local anesthesia . Coronary arteriography was performed by using JL4.0 left and JR4.0 right 6F coronary catheters. Non-Ionic contrast was used. Peripheral pulses of the right leg at the end of the procedure were normal. The patient tolerated procedure well. PRESSURES: b Pre-Angio: f Ao = 120 / 80 – 93 LV = 121 EDP = 14 *p CORONARY ARTERIOGRAPHY: Left Coronary Artery: Left Main Stem: Good sized normal bifurcating vessel Left Anterior descending Artery: Fair sized vessel with mild diffused disease in proximal segment followed by mild lesion in mid segment. High D1 has moderate proximal lesion with haziness. Left Circumflex Artery: Tight mid stenosis before the origin of second obtuse marginal branch. High OM1 has mild diffuse disease. Right Coronary Artery: Fair sized dominant vessel with moderate to severe proximal lesion and long subtotal distal occlusion with haziness. Distal RCA fills retrogradely via collaterals from left system. LV ANGIOGRAM: Preserved LV systolic function. Ejection Fraction = 55% Dr. Muhammad Abu-Bakar Mirza Prof. Bilal Z.
