i want to lighten my skin and using lightenex bright cream by pharmaclinix which is uk based company it has very very weak concentration of skin lighteners (Octadecadenoic acid 2%. Azelaic Acid type Di-Carboxylic Acid with a powerful Skin whitening action. • Liqorice extract 2%. Skin Whitener • Beta Arbutin 2%. Tyrosinase Inhibitor to reduce Melanin synthesis • Niacinamide 4%. Stops Melanin transfer from Melanocytes to Keratinocytes. • Magnesium ascorbyl phosphate 2%. Water-soluble Vitamin C to lighten skin. • Salicylic Acid 2%. Anti-Inflammatory & Penetration Enhancer. i want to know is this effective to get lighter shade because stronger concentration is very expensive

Thanks for posting your query. There are many skin lighteners. The stronger ones contain hydroquinone. The formula you have mentioned contains a mixture of various ingredients. It should be good.
But, do remember that any lightening agent has to be used as long you want a good effect. All treatment are reversible which means if you stop medications you will go back to your original color in six months. Hence it is better to choose lighter and medium potent agents only.
Do remember to avoid sun exposure or to take an umbrella always when you go out in sun light.
