i ve recently heard about this magical height increase formula called MENS ( Melatonin , Excersise, Niacin , sleep) and I m rather curious if it really works or not. I ve always been concerned with my height and seriously consider trying this. Niacin is the alternative name of Vitamin B3 (or the other way around, whatever) and is supposedly the main ingredient in growing tall. Is this true? As for melatonin, I heard it helps to improve your deep sleep time, which leads to more quality sleep in general and perhaps more hgh released. Again, can t confirm this, so would like to hear another opinion. thanks
