Wart On Anus After Anal Sex, Secretes Pus, Painful. Is It STD?

hi, honestly i had anal sex, when i was in first year highschool, now you see there was a wart that appeared on my anus (near the hole) and it secretes pus (randomly) It is really painful, but my partner has no symptoms of any sexually transmittable disease. what could it be? I m now in college, and been suffering for 5 years, what should i do?

I am afraid your wart may be due to sexually transmitted disease. Even though your partner does not have any symptoms this possibility cannot be ruled out. You will require consultation with Skin and VD specialist to treat the infection and have the wart removed in future..
