Was Anemic, Had 3 Units Of Blood. Pain In Private Area, Fever. Reason For Blood Getting Low?

Hello my father has been in hos they said he was anemic, , he is 73 yrs old..he had 3 units of blood his blood is back up now but he is talking 325 iron 2 times a day..he has had endoscopy and colonoscopy it shoeed all is good..but he has a fever 100.5..he has been having some naging type pain in his private area but not bad pain..bout 3 out of 10..no back pain..just tried more lately..drs never found out why his blood got low..what do we do next..he is active and independent and married..he does take plavix and alot of meds for rhumetoid arthritis but his dr checked his blood today and its fine and also took urine sample,, what could b causing bim to have a fever and this discomfort

your father is having fever.
secondly there is anemia.
also taking medicines for rhematoid.
either there is less blood formation.or some toxicity of medicines.
get it evaluated properly by a physician.
