Hi! I m 25 years old and was diagnosed by pCOS when I was 19 yrs old. First pill that my Gyne gave me was Althea and took it for a year. I stopped it coz my PCOS was gone and just a year ago it came back so I took Althea again for 6 months and stop it as told by my other doctor coz he said no need to worry as PCOS is common and nothing to worry about. My menses nowadays is still abnormal but better than before. I m planning to take Diane 35 now coz of my pimples and also for its contraceptive effect but I m worried about what I have read about its side effects. Do u think doc I will just take Althea again or go for Diane? I don t want to get pregnant for now and also at the same time worried about my PCOs and my pimples...thank you
