Hi, If you had a sonographic confirmation of an intrauterine pregnancy before you started to bleed, then it is unlikely that the pregnancy be missed on the sonogram now. The absence of any intrauterine pregnancy suggests that either the pregnancy had completely aborted during the bleeding or the ovarian cyst and myoma may have been mistaken for a gestation sac. The bleeding could have been secondary to the myoma and the cyst, if it is functional. You should discuss with your consultant and get further management. Hope you find this information useful. Good luck.
