Water Brash, Esophagitis, Halitosis. Treated With Zantac. What Is The Best Solution?
Hi I have a water brash for many yearsand treated with zantac , it relieved for a while but if you discontinue the zantac still cause a halitosis and water brash. I was diagnosed before with esophangitis and gave me zantac. But up to now still have water brash and halitosis. Loss of hope , no treatment for this. Can you help me what is the best thing you can advise me?
Hello.Rantidina is a good drug, but the gold standard drugs for esophagitis are called proton pump inhibitors (omeprazole, esomeprazole, lansoprazole ....)
Taking an proton pump inhibitor possibly your symptoms will improve.
Please consult your local doctor for a prescription.I wish you good health.
