How To Treat GERD?

Dear Doctor, I'm 38 years old mom, i have been diagnosed with Hiatal Hernia, esophagitis, ulcer, GERD. I also have halitosis which greatly affect my social relations to other people. My doctor prescribed me with NEXIUM for 3 months and felt better. I brush my teeth 3 times a day, gargle with warm water with salt and floss everyday. But my bad breath problem never leave. I have chronic sinusitis and always have tonsil stones growing on my tonsil area. I also suspect that i have yeast overgrowth because i have skin rashes all over my body and the roof of my tongue become yellowish. Is there any other medication that i should try to eliminate my halitosis? Thank you.. Belle from Philippines.

Well come to HCM
Your query being appreciated, if your main concern is halitosis so the underlying cause of it needs to be known, bad oral hygiene could be the cause, like dental condition, apart from this it could be due to diet taken that causes the acid peptic disease or hyperacidity.
Advise:- Instead of taking medicine try to avoid the garlic, onion, greasy food, too much sugar, if found the hyperacidity then it can be managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 20 mg once in day, have more vegetable diet, drink more water, you can even try Povidone mouth gargle.
hope this information helps.
