Watering In Eye With Application Of Eyeliner. History Of Regular Use Of Eyeliner. Advice
I've been wearing eyeliner for along time, the only eyeliner that doesn't run or fade on my eyes is Revlon grow luscious, it's only three dollars and it goes on easy, I've never had any issues with it but a couple months ago whenever I put it on my eyes start watering, they only do it a little bit but it gets annoying cause sometimes I have to hurry and I have to take it off cause the eyeliner won't stop smearing due to my watery eyes, problem is my eyes only react to this eyeliner and most of the time it's only one eye. like I said, other eyeliner is either too expensive or doesn't work, I love eyeliner too much to give it up, what can I do???
