sir, whom should i consult for breathing problems? i am already suffering from irritable bowel syndromme. every morning before i go to toilet for motion, i get watery discharge from my nose. i feel my throat is being infected. i saw that my throat is very reddish and there i feel a little problem. a sticky substance is present. i dont get good sleep. i get water through my nose. i have constipation problem too. it means the motion is not coming out. though it come out, the motion is very gummy. the motion is not movable from my intestine. i have to drink a lot water to pressure my intestines to get motion out. i get pains in my body. i feel very drowsy.
right nostril has been blocked at night time when i sleep. . i do not know what to do.
