If my male partner and me are HIV-negitive can we still have sex without using a condom?

Hi.. You must understand that HIV is not the only sexually transmitted disease. There are other sexually transmitted disease like hepatitis, human papilloma viral infections that are not treatable and are equally dangerous.. If you are not worried of these infection and its only HIV you are worried of than you can go ahead. And if prevention on these infection is also important to you then condom is a must.
