We Had 2 Diffrent Bottles Of Childrens Advil One Is

We had 2 diffrent bottles of childrens advil one is 200mg of ibuprophen per 5 ml and the other is 100mg per 5 ml. Of course one dosage is 3ml and the other is 6ml. We accidentaly gave our child double the dose we should have once 8 hours ago and again an hour ago. Should we seek medical attention. Son seems fine . Originally used to reduce fever and it has been working by reducing the fever by 1c each time
