We Have A 10 Year Old Girl Who Has Had

We have a 10 year old girl who has had 104-105 degree temp for a couple days. SHe has been tested for strep and influenza and both tests came back negative. Now she is shaking even though her temp is not as high--about 101-102. Her heart rate at the doctor yesterday was over 140. She was dehydrated so we've been trying to get her to drink, and we have been giving acetaminophine and ibuprofen. Do we need to go back to the doctor tonight?
