We Have A Red Spot Located Between The Breast On

We have a red spot located between the breast on the sternum that has been there for 5 months. It is not raised. It is oval round but not perfect. It changes to white when pressed. It is red and blotchy. It does not itch. This is on a very busy and active teenager.
