Weakness And Fatigue, Lack Of Appetite. What Is Wrong?

I have been feeling weak and fatigued to the point of barely being able to function for the last 2 weeks. Now my appetite is gone and I'm feeling achy as well. I take iron so I'm sure it's not anemia. I normally am very active (walk 13 km a day back and forth to work). I eat healthy (little or no junk food). I wasn't that concerned before but now it's getting to the point that I can barely get through a day at work.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The lack of appetite can be responsible for your other symptoms of weakness and fatigue. The cause of loss of appetite can be due to a generalized illness that can be detected with the blood tests.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
