hi i m 26 yrs old unmarried girl ussually had delayed periods since i had started with my menstruation,2 yrs atr i had done my sonography which came normal but since last 6 mnths i have to tk primount 5 mg so that i can get my periods..15 days before i had develop that suddenly my right hand started shaking while i was having my dinner..
doctor told me that it is bcoz of weakness..i was also having palpitation.
my thyroid test and ecg came normal,but my snography shows dat have multiple small follicles in both of my ovories..i got my periods but d flow is less den usual..but my major concerns is i have minor pain all tym over d back of my head wit stiffness in my neck specially in right side and not able to hav food properly..i feel like vomitting wenever i hav my food ,light headedness wit episodes of dizziness occur which is mild.my cervical xray is also normal..i hav pain in my left arm and shoulder which is now radiating to my elbow also.The pain is not severe but sometym i feel k i dnt hav my left hand...last week my wbc count was 7,500 and one week latr it has reduced to 5,500.body pain fatigue and breathless wenever do light work also..my hb is also gud 12.2..
plz do help me i m vry much cnfused

The presence of multiple follicles in the ovaries is a normal finding unless these are persistent. In that case a polycystic ovaries is likely. The pain in the head and neck can be due to a muscle spasm or sprain which will improve with mild pain killers.
