Weakness In Arms And Shortness Of Breath In Certain Hours Of The Day.
I have experienced a couple of times when I first get up for several hours when I feel so weak in my arms and a little short in breath. I work our periodically and feel I am in good health. I do not take any prescription medication. Just this past Saturday I got up and fixed breakfast then tried to get boxes to decorate for Christmas. I had to keep sitting down. After a couple of hours I was fine.
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears that you are very anemic, or having arthritis, or may be not interested in the present work. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may have to run blood tests, and Xray. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms haematinics, ofloxacin, antiinflamatories, and ranitidine. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
