This picture might be looking of Hypothyroidism.
In Hypothyroidism, there are many symptoms occurred as follows:
Appearance: Thin brittle fingernails, Dry itchy skin, Weight gain and water retention, Hair loss.
Neurological: Depression.
Neuromuscular: Depressed reflexes, Hypotonia, Muscle cramps and joint pain, Mood instability, Irritability, Constipation.
Constitutional: Fatigue, Sleepiness, Cold intolerance, Decreased sweating.
Cardiovascular: Bradycardia, Elevated
serum cholesterol.
Endocrine:
Female infertility, menstrual irregularities,
Hyperprolactinemia and galactorrhea.
You have many of them, so you might be a case of it.
Iodine deficiency is the most common cause of hypothyroidism worldwide.
Stress is known to be a significant contributor to thyroid dysfunction; this can be environmental stress as well as lesser-considered homeostatic stress such as
fluctuating blood sugar levels and immune problems.
So you should be go through Thyroid profile, which is a blood test, followed by medication (Tab. Eltroxin) should be started under supervision of your GP.
