Hi Subha / Partha
Welcome to Health Care Magic
They are two different things / and generally, there is no relation.
Vertin is alright for
dizziness - if it is from the ear. The
inner ear has the mechanism for balance.
Weak / tired feeling may mean you may be anaemic - check your
haemoglobin. Anaemia can cause this dizziness..
Anaemia, weakness with stomach pain may mean oozing from
gastritis - if so, the stool is tarry (black) and sticky. Check stool for occult blood.
See a Gastro-enterologist / have an upper GI endoscopy - Gastritis is confirmed or excluded.
See ENT doctor - Ear is the commonest cause for giddiness
In the mean time, continue vertin for giddiness.
Proton Pump Inhibitors like Omeperazole will greatly help gastritis.
Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
