Weakness,body Pain,dizziness,pus Cells With Protein And Blood In Urine Test,urinary Tract Infection Since 8 Months
from last one year I am suffering from UTI .8-10 pus cells & proteins along with some blood are coming in my urine sample .Doctors are continuosly giving antibiotics but the resulta are remaining same.Also doctor has tested my urine for TB but it is found negative.Being a woman of 35 yrs of age and taking antibiotica for almost 8 months I am too weak now.My body is paining always like hand and back pain.Also I am feeling dizziness .Could you please help me to diagonosis correctly.
You should get the entire range of kidney function tests assessed. This would help in determining if there is some medical renal disease such as chronic pyelonethritis. If you are not responding to antibiotics then they need to be stopped immediately. Regarding weakness if you have altered renal function then there is high likelihood of decrease in your blood counts giving rise to anemia and weakness.
