Weather, I've been having some reoccurring bumps and lesions in my pubic area. I am a 23 year old male and I shaved there regularly with a razor I'm wondering if they are ingrown hairs or if it could be herpes. They come and go, but I've noticed this last time I've shaved they are especially bad. Thank you
