thank you, I am a young 60yr old gal, love walking outdoors have done this for many years. I don't seem to lose weight. I got on livestrong to count the calories which for my height and weight to lose 2lbs a week is 899 calories, I don't lose weight. I am 5ft 2in and just always stay between 135-140. I used to in my younger days 128. I would love to drop 10lbs and keep it off, but all the don't eat this and don't eat that, has me so baffled. Please advise me what to do. I walk 3-4miles 4 times a week.
