Weird Feeling In Ovaries, Weakness. Had Unprotected Sex, Took Pill After 13 Hours. Sid Effects Of Pill Or Pregnant?
I had unprotected sex three days ago, I took plan b 13hours after, been having weird feeling in my ovaries, super hungry, can never seem to feel full, really really tired, feeling weak, nausea and diarrhea. Is this just effects from the pills themselves or am i pregnant? I also took both at the same time not 12 hours apart like they say too. I've also been taking acetaminophen and ibuprofen for my headaches.

Firstly I do not think you are pregnant as they are hardly symptoms related to fertilization of ovum by sperms. The most likely cause for your symptoms might be coming from the use of emergency pills especially as a combination since you had to take them 12hours apart. Most pills are hormone based meaning they can at any point in time cause some disorder of your system.
Now I suggest that you should give it some few days for the symptoms to ware off or if they are severe, you will probably need to see your primary care doctor to provide you with medications for relief. You may also take a pregnancy test after say 2-3 weeks just to be sure, or you wait till you have missed your next period (if you do miss).
