Welder, With Itchy Skin Including Private Parts. Noticed Few Raised Bumps After Scratching. Suggestions?

Hey im a 21 year old Male. I have very itchy skin on the waist band, hips, groin area, penis, buttox, and legs. Im a Welder and am constanly working in hot sweaty weather. It seems to itch more at night. Usually the bottox area, penis, and hip area. There is no severe rash or anything. It becomes red after i scratch it obviously. I have noticed after scratching my bottox a few white raised bumps after scratching.

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem
It look like you have perspiration dermatitis.
You need to wear loose and cotton cloths.
Avoid wearing tight cloths.
Try to be in cool and dry place.
You can apply talcum powder regularly.
better to consult dermatologist if you dont get better.
For itching you can take anti histaminic medicine.
